The Lava V.100 Premium X has been designed for intensive use for professional use. It is also suitable for individuals. The pouches used must imperatively be embossed (minimum thickness 120µ and 200µ max). During the vacuum process the power of the vacuum is indicated by an optical bar.
The Lava V100 Premium X has a safety hatch to "capture" liquids before they enter the pump. This security system is important, it is exclusive to LAVA. The welding time is adjustable and the sealing strips are easy to clean and replace.
Optional: Pressure regulation device. Ideal for precisely regulating the vacuum for pressure-sensitive products (bread for example).
