Waterproof Pt1000 needle probe for SWAT Sous Vide Thermometer.
This probe is waterproof and scrictly made to be used in a water bath. It is not recommend to use this probe in an oven. Nevertheless you could us it in a 200°C oven for 2 hours maximum.
