18/0 stainless steel cutlery are less expensive than 18/8 or 18/10 ones. Nevertheless, some activities, due to their size and structure, can be the source of very significant losses of 18/0 cutlery. The tables below give an idea of the annual financial losses, or over 3 years, represented by the fall of cutlery in the bins of a restaurant open 200 days a year. We have put forward 3 hypotheses with an average cost of a cutlery at 20 Cts, 70 Cts and € 1.00.
